As an officer in the Bundeswehr, exchange is of central importance to me. The Bundeswehr is no longer as present in our everyday lives as it was in times of compulsory military service. Nevertheless, the discussion of wars, conflicts, the military and their effects on our society are becoming increasingly relevant. Establishing a constructive dialogue can sometimes be a challenge.

 

I am interested in breaking down prejudices and highlighting the diversity both in aesthetic medicine and among the people in the Bundeswehr. I believe in a resilient society that masters the art of dialogue. I experience this every day in practice and hospital. Sometimes it is necessary to take the first step yourself, without fear of your own insecurity that comes with public perception.
